I have been working in the technology environment designing and building user interfaces for over 15 years. I began my career when developing user interfaces was creating and placing fill-in the blank fields on a computer screen that could not support graphics, only text. I'm happy to say that designers now have full graphics capabilites when creating for on-line applications.

I have a very varied background which allows me to understand how people like to approach their designs and thoughts from different perspectives.

I have been an independant consultant, and have worked in four start-up companies, two of the companies grew to over 500 employees, and one large corporation. I have an undergraduate degree in Chemistry and an MBA. I have also taken many art and communication courses from both colleges, companies and museums. While at the various companies I was a project manager for large-scale corporate applications, user interface designer, programmer, human development and training manager, course developer and trainer, and an organizational designer.
