• It is a very simple process. Most people who I work with do not have very much experience with technology so I try to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible.
  • The first thing we do is meet and discuss the type of website that you are looking for. This includes the complexity, the types of things that you want people to see and do on your site. I will also review some of the basic components of a web site so I can gain an understanding of what would need to be done. This includes things such as acquiring a name, collateral, hosting, etc.
  • We will be co-creating a website, this means you will need to do some "homework" so that we can create the best possible site for you. Homework consists of you understanding your visitors and the type of impression you would like them to have when they visit.
  • Once we agree on the type of site and the look and feel, I will create some "pictures" of what your site might look like. You will choose one and I will tweak it until we have something you love.
  • Then while I build the site, you will work on creating the content or words and/or pictures that you would like to put on it. If you prefer, we could also have discussions and I could create the content.
  • We will also talk about the steps that need to take place to put your site on the internet so other people can view it. If you need a place to "host" it, I can help you to find somewhere.
  • Once the content and design are finished, I will put them together and you will be able to review the site, and collect input from others before we "finalize" it.
  • When it is "final" I will create your website on the internet.
  • And, when that's all done. I can also make changes as your needs change or you need to update your site.
