Offering a multi-faceted approach to healing for the body, mind, and spirit, Ina tailors sessions to her clients' personal style and needs.  She helps them to find their lives again, or for the first time.  She creates a space for them to liberate themselves from blocks, influences, emotional pain, and experiences that have kept them from creating the lives they want.  Through the healing process her clients learn to know, accept and love themselves for who they truly are and to follow their path to the beat of their own drum.

Ina’s professional path has taken her from teaching to international business consulting to entrepreneur all the while pursuing knowledge and experiences that would take her to the vast expanse of spiritual development.  On a personal level, her own spiritual quest and growth has stemmed from experiencing great challenges in her life.  Some of the challenges have rocked the foundation of her own faith, hope, and desires.  Out of personal depths Ina has emerged with a new foundation of who she is and her purpose in this life.

She lives out of the box, from her heart, and engages all of her senses and creativity in everything she does. She follows and lives in her curiosity and gleans wisdom from her experiences that she shares with everyone who is open and interested in learning and growing. 

Her educational background includes a Masters degree in Education from Boston University as well as several coaching certifications from Success Unlimited Network, Center for Creative Leadership, Personnel Decisions International, and Joyful Mission Family Coach Certification. Ina is also a certified Flower Essence practitioner, Human Design Specialist and Herbalist. She has completed a Shamanic Healing certification program through The Robbat Center for the Advancement of Energy Healing and continues to pursue advanced energy healing, Flower essence, herbal and Human Design studies.

Ina lives in Massachusetts with her husband, Carl, and two cats, Wolfie and Falafel. She lives a life that is full of the things she is most passionate about – her spiritual work, sewing and quilting, reading, art, nature, travel, luscious food – cooking and eating, and her family and friends.
